please wear sturdy walking boots/solid trainers
wear suitable clothing for walking
bring waterproof jacket and trousers
bring a drink
pack sun hat / sunscreen, if needed!
carry a small first aid kit with personal medication
have a small rucsac to put it all in!
WHAT JENNY PROVIDES
maps of the area to use for the day (1 map between 2)
compass (1 between 2) for the day
safety kit such as first aid kit
a sense of fun!
